MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Very good knowledge of Polish/German language
• Communicative level of English
• Experience in Finance and Accounting
• Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge

• Analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly
• High motivation and ability to work under time pressure
• Meaningful experience in accounting

We are inviting applications for the role of Accounts Payable – Senior Process Associate – German – Hybrid Krakow!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Entering accurate data into workflow tool
• Requesting re-scan for unclear images or incomplete invoices
• Sending invoices back to suppliers
• Daily cooperation with invoice processing team, Unit and help desk requests
• Dedicated controls for avoidance of future errors
• Closing of the month and performance of due diligence as per guidelines
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business environment and requirements
