We’re looking for a dedicated, full time, permanent Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team and play a pivotal role in our finance operations. We are open to applicants based anywhere in Europe, as we embrace the possibilities of remote work.

Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Receive and verify invoices from suppliers, posting approved invoices in our ERP system.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic and manual payments promptly and accurately.
- Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of accounts, including suppliers and GL accounts, to ensure accuracy.
- Manage Transactions: Handle the recording of funds received and disbursed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Month-end Activities: Assist in month-end and quarter-end activities, contributing to timely financial reporting.
- Quality Management: Adhere to our Quality Management System (QMS) and global quality system regulations to maintain high standards.
