We are offering a contract employment opportunity in the Healthcare industry in Portland, Maine. The role is an Accounts Payable Specialist, primarily responsible for managing the non-purchase order side of Accounts Payable. This role involves high volume tasks and requires proficiency in accounting software systems, Microsoft Excel, and data entry.

• Handling high volume accounts payable tasks efficiently
• Utilizing accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel to manage accounting functions
• Executing check processing and resolving any discrepancies
• Performing data entry tasks as required
• Utilizing skills in Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure smooth financial operations
• Monitoring and maintaining accurate customer credit records.
• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Well-versed in Accounting Functions
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Check Processing
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
