As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Verify invoice coding and approvals
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
  • Assist with month-end close procedures
  • Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth invoice processing and payment
