    We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Administrator.

Responsibilities:

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our National Support Office in Eden Terrace, Auckland.

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

  • To ensure all receipting for direct credits are allocated to the debtors account and assist for all NZ & Aus.
  • To clear all transactions on the unallocated deposit account ANZ.
  • To dispatch invoices, credit notes and statements ANZ.
  • Resolve customer queries or complaints regarding invoices and payments.
  • To manage the debtor inbox responding to queries from customers and branches regarding invoices and payments.
  • Assist in other ad hoc duties as required.
