Description:

Overview:
This is a dynamic role, which will encompass various responsibilities in support of the Accounts Receivables Department, including the client purchase order (PO) processes to ensure invoice accuracy and timely payments.
This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and internal teams to receive and communicate PO updates
  • Track client POs, including expiration dates, to proactively get new POs, in an effort to avoid payment delays
  • Analyze client POs to determine the correlating product, and communicate relevant details to the internal invoice team
  • Maintain positive relations with clients while supporting them in a timely PO process
  • Assist in providing necessary information to external auditors
  • Create Sales Orders based on fees in client contracts
  • Serve as back-up support for uploading invoices to client portals (Ariba, Coupa, Workday, Oracle, etc)
  • Document standard operating procedures and assist in identifying process risks
  • Help to improve the efficiency and accuracy of processes
  • Provide client with company information by completing forms and maintaining client portals
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. Required
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. Required
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of three years of billing, collections, or related experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using ERP and corporate systems. Experience with Supplier Portals preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with various levels of the organization and with clients.
  • Strong organization skills, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate and analyze data from multiple systems.
  • Ability to work with a high volume of transactions in a timely manner, and meet deadlines.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.

Base compensation ranges from $31.25 to $37.50 per hour. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
