Description:

Fruit Towers - London
Finance
Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
what you’ll be doing
Hello,
We’re innocent and might make little drinks, but we have big dreams to keep people healthy while making sure our communities and our planet are healthy too.
Innocent is the fastest growing drinks brand in Europe. With offices in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Salzburg and many others, it’s our mission to become the world’s favorite little healthy drinks company.
To support our business in the UK, we are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Customer to Cash (C2C) Analyst to join our European Financial Operations Team.

Your responsibilities:

  • In charge of our sales ledger for our British and Irish customers
  • Building strong relationships with our customers and improving ways of working with them on all things accounting
  • Managing claims and deductions from these customers, working closely with our sales and supply team to address them
  • Make any necessary invoicing adjustments and ensuring fast and clean collections of payments
  • Ensure payments received are properly remitted, and in a timely manner
  • Provide monthly KPIs around open balances, overdue invoices, unprocessed claims, etc
  • Work in cooperation with our IT department to transfer our customers to EDI invoicing and more automated process
  • You play a major part in our month end process on closing our sales ledger

you’ll have

  • You have already gained work experience in a similar role
  • You are self-organised, autonomous and able to set your own priorities
  • You are serious and organised, well known for the quality of your work
  • You respect your commitments and deliver in a timely manner
  • You have an affinity to ERP systems and are a pro in Excel
  • Having FMCG experience is the cherry on top
  • You know how to cook delicious chocolate cakes

you’ll get

  • Pursue your career in finance and accounting, and working as a team together with all internal stakeholders (finance, logistics and sales team)
  • You’ll be looking after our customers and all things related to Accounts Receivables for our Austrian and German entities
  • You’ll be part of the European C2C team with a UK-based manager and join our regional accounting team based in our Fruit Tower in London
  • You’ll get to visit other offices across Europe

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.
In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
