YOUR MISSION:

As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for the proper management of a company’s accounts receivable: including invoicing customers, tracking outstanding payments, communicating with customers, and ensuring that all accounting transactions related to accounts receivable are properly documented and completed. The core mission of the finance team is to provide accurate, predictive and actionable financial and performance data to all stakeholders of Parloa to make data-informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and customer invoice processing by generating and distributing accurate and timely customer invoices.
  • Monitor the aging of accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are recorded and properly posted.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or problems relating to customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service and other departments to resolve customer inquiries and payment disputes.
  • Prepare and distribute periodic reports on accounts receivable status and collection activities.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
