Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk in Loveland, Colorado. You will play a crucial role in our financial department, focusing on the day-to-day operations related to account reconciliation, billing, and cash applications. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and is situated in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to credit
• Monitor customer credit accounts, identifying any irregularities or discrepancies
• Execute appropriate actions to collect payments on delinquent accounts
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data
• Collaborate with the collections team to ensure all payments are made in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with all financial policies and regulations
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills in account reconciliation, accounts receivable (AR), billing, cash applications, and cash collections.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Billing procedures
• Skilled in Cash Applications
• Knowledge of Cash Collections processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Collections processes
