ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintaining good relationships & cooperation with partners and customers
- Ensuring the aging and bad debts of assigned markets are meeting the KPIs
- Ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures
- Pro-activeness in anticipating the service/customer needs
- Suggest continuous improvement ideas and support standardization
Responsibilities:
- Delivering a high performance, customer and service oriented culture
- Manage debt collection for all assigned countries within EMEA region (Follow up on overdue, disputes, Credit Limit Utilization)
