Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The role of Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function for our business. There will be a commitment to provide excellence in customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that any queries are resolved within minimum timeframes.
Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, this role will bring extensive Collections and Receivables experience, supporting improvements to the current accounts receivable framework, while complying with local regional requirements and communicating clearly to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Maintain Accounts Receivable ledger with accurate receipting and allocation of customer payments
  • Collection activity of overdue accounts and short paid Invoices to meet business KPI’s
  • Interacting with Customer Support to process Credits and Billing adjustments as well as General Ledger transactions
  • Processing of automated Collection Notices
  • Provide statements and other financial documentation including onboarding required by customers
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly the Commercial Sales Team.
  • Ensure automation continues to be prioritised by the business, and improvements made to the end-to-end processes
  • Other finance and administrative duties as required
