Purpose
As Accounts Receivable Officer, you are not just handling numbers, you are the captain of cash flow. Orchestrating the smooth and precise collection of funds from our guests and diverse stakeholders. You play a crucial part in financial operations and revenue management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Being the liaison extraordinaire, collaborating with properties, internal teams, and travel agents/ wholesalers to swiftly resolve any accounts receivable questions
  • Creating and sending invoices to travel agents
  • Allocate and receipt payments, ensuring the financial pieces fit together seamlessly
  • Follow up on overdue accounts from our valued travel partners
  • Expertly assisting in resolving any credit card disputes that may arise
  • Managing payment and account adjustments from our ALL Reservations Team

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working in hotel Front Office or Reservations environment
  • Masters the art of excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience using CRS or PMS (not essential)
  • Possess attention to detail and ability to unleash your problem-solving prowess
  • Effective time management abilities to handle workload and meet strict deadlines, even in high-pressure situations
  • A team-centric attitude
