With a strong growth strategy in place we are seeking to attract and retain more great people to join our Centralised Arrears Management Team.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Based within our recently established Centralised Arrears Management Team and working closely with the Finance Team, this role is predominantly focused upon administrating National Storage corporate accounts, including processing unit changes, accurate and timely customer invoicing, and arrears management while offering excellent customer service to corporate customers.
A key focus of this position is improving the current corporate account process with your manager and other team members to make sure that they are set up as efficiently as possible and are scalable as the business grows and the number of corporate customers increases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Act as the key point of contract within National Storage for the accurate invoicing, collection, and receipting of all corporate account items.
  • Take ownership of the corporate account invoicing process, ensure that all invoices are produced accurately and sent to customers each month on a timely basis.
  • Ensure all sitelink information around corporate accounts is accurate and kept up to date based upon information received from the corporate account sales team and other business stakeholders.
  • Work closely and collaborate with other internal divisions / storage centres as required to ensure complete billing of all charges, develop an awareness of increased sales opportunities and where appropriate refer these to the Corporate Accounts team.
  • Work closely with major key accounts, both existing and new to develop and build relationships to ensure prompt payment and facilitate further growth.
