This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to support their mission to grow, ensuring resources and support reach more of those in need.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Full-function Accounts Receivable processing
  • Billing, receipting, and allocation of payments
  • Processing of debtor invoices and credit notes
  • Ledger coding and GST allocation
  • Maintenance of master debtor files
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Responding to AR related queries
  • Other ad hoc projects and tasks within the scope of the role.
