Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a talent for customer service to join our Accounts Receivable team. The key focus of this role is to communicate with residents and their next of kin regarding fees, as well as the end-to-end management of the claims process from various funding bodies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Play a critical role in the end-to-end billing within our Retirement Communities and Aged Care
- Ensure that client accounts are set up and maintained in our accounting system
- Process direct debits/ deposits and other related banking tasks
- Follow-up on overdue debtors’ balances in line with organisational policies
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with third parties such as State Trustees, Dept. of Veteran Affairs, Solicitors, Client’s representative etc.
- Completion of month end balance by required deadlines
- Completing regular audits and monitoring returns
