This highly regarded agricultural company plays a vital role in the global food supply chain, specialising in storage, handling, and marketing of essential products. With a rich history, the company’s expertise spans across various sectors, facilitating the seamless movement of crucial commodities from farm to market. Emphasising innovation and sustainability, they continually strive to enhance efficiency and meet evolving needs worldwide. Their successful Accounts Receivable Division is seeking an AR Officer to join them in this temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months.

Reporting through the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Reviewing & release of sales orders for food related entities
• Allocation of payments to client accounts
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Managing customer enquiries relating to DSO history, credit utilization etc.
• Supporting collection officers with the collection of overdue accounts
• Producing client related reports via templated Excel spreadsheet

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas and posses the below personal qualities:

• Minimum 2 years experience working in accounts receivable.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Experience working in the FMCG or Manufacturing industries is required.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Customer centric and positive attitud
