What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist within our Roomex division. This position is located in Dublin. In this role, you will be an a key team member responsible for our Hotel Commission Ledger. You will be supporting our UK/Ireland Market and our US Market. You will report directly to our Billing and Payments Manager and regularly collaborate with other members of our Financial and operations teams.

As a Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:

Full management of Hotel Commission Ledger for two entities to include:
- Invoicing of Hotel Commission Revenue
- Follow up on unpaid Hotel Commission Amounts
- Reconciliation of Hotel Commission Receipts Against Recognised Commission
- Allocation of Hotel Commission Revenue Receipts to Ledger
- Working with internal and external stakeholder on Investigation and resolution of variances on Hotel Commission Revenue
- Providing ongoing reporting and KPI’s on Aged Commission amounts
- Assisting with development and improvement of Hotel Commission Process on an going basis
- Any other duties as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- You will likely have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in relevant roles, ideally within a technology environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Particularly Excel) and experience of working with an ERP system. Experience working with Netsuite would be an advantage
- Strong Excel Skills are a must along with an ability to work with large volumes of data
- You will be a results-driven, solutions-oriented individual, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- You will bring good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a passion for data integrity and process definition and a strong customer focus
- You will have a track record of hands on activity and achievement of goals, able to have a flexible, can-do attitude, combined with a high degree of resilience and a maturity of judgement
