Accounts Receivable Supervisor (contract)

9-12 month assignment for an experienced credit specialist with people leadership experience. Mascot location, WFH, parking and close to station.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will spend time learning the credit processes, before taking on responsibility for managing either functions or staff, working in the team of 5 other experienced Credit Officers.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

• receiving training on the complex nature of the business, with a view to taking on increasing responsibilities as your knowledge expands.
• managing full function credit, including high volumes of collections calls.
• taking on increasing volumes of escalated credit issues and day to day operational matters, to allow the Credit Manager to focus on projects.
• supporting the Credit Manager with the integration of the newly acquired business.
• supporting the Credit Manager to drive process improvement within the team.
