We currently have an opening for an ambitious Accounts Receivable Supervisor in Saskatoon for Corporate Branch Support. This full-time position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor leads the credit function within the Finance team for all six branches, maintaining a balance between risk and sustained profitability. Supporting the sales cycle, this position ensures effective and efficient credit granting procedures are in place to support branch management. Assisting in maintaining adequate cash flow, the Accounts Receivable Supervisor also leads the collection of funds in coordination with the branch accountants.

As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will:

  • Develop and manage the customer credit application process;
  • Assist branch management in assessing credit worthiness as required;
  • Develop and implement procedures in branches to ensure timely collection of receivables plus coach the support staff in the most effective ways of granting and collecting credit;
  • Coordinate the engagement of law firms and credit agencies when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ideally, you have 6+ years of credit analysis;
  • 3+ years leading and managing credit granting and collection functions;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commerce, or related financial area, required;
  • Construction industry experience considered a strong asset;
  • Experience with construction liens, small claims court applications, and statement of claims.
