Description:

Expected tasks:
Team Management Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that start of month PEAMs are served to all agents.
2. Coordinate with all departments within the company to meet campaign needs.
3. Ensure that end of month scorecards and PAFs are served to all agents.
4. Ensure MyPay schedules, logs and overtime filings are correct and accurate before forwarding for final approval.
5. Ensure leave filing are checked if compliant on attendance policies before forwarding for final approval
Operations Management Responsibilities:
1. Updating of Campaign/TL Tracker (Attendance, Stats, etc)
2. Roll out any process update from Client (team huddle)
3. Send Daily EOD Report if applicable.
4. Client Call outs review.
5. Attend to any client inquiry/request.
6. Agent’s Monthly Scorecard
7. Participation on ACQUIRE/Acquires EE activities
8. Weekly Catch up with Client
9. Issuance of Due Process Forms (DPFs) and Corrective Action Forms (CAFs) for Code of Conduct (COC) violations falling under Sanction A-C.
10. Issuance of DPF & CAF to Agents for Behavior & PIP/ Performance
11. Sending of monthly team incentive/Scores reports
12. Submit candidates for ACQUIRE BNB Recognition
13. Document Performance coaching logs per rep per month (1 per rep/week)
14. Analyze the agent’s performance through daily/weekly/monthly review of the data/reporting.
15. Campaign Engagement Activities
16. Completion of Task Map and adherence to all Operational forms
17. Submission of leave calendar on the start of the month
18. Ensure to uphold Data Security and other Company Compliance items and/or deliverables.
19. All Technical and system related issues are reported via ticket channels and service desk hotline (when applicable)
20. Phone time completion as agreed upon by the Senior Operations Manager
