Description:
SUMMARY:
- Salary: $2,000 - $2,800 including Night Shift and Mobile Allowance
- 3 days off every 2 weeks
- Grade A commercial building (Near to MRT station)
- AWS, Bonus
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates with relevant experience experiences are welcome to apply.
- Must be comfortable to work rotating shift
- Candidates with ACMV, BMS systems, Electrical, and Fire Protection Systems will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational activities, including attending to customers’ inquiries, needs, and complaints
- Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
- Help to source for vendors.
- Prepare maintenance report every month.
