    scouted. have partnered up with a real estate investment management and development group based in Melbourne, Victoria. We are seeking an Acquisition Analyst to join their team and expand the business, acquiring sites in Victoria and interstate. This person will gain exposure to the entire acquisition process and actively identify opportunities, working alongside their senior team.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify on and off-market acquisition opportunities, which will include strategic analysis of potential acquisition opportunities across Australia

  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of financial feasibility studies and due diligence investigations
  • Engage, communicate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, landowners and consultants
  • Assist with the valuation and funding requirements of new acquisitions, including preparation of information packs to provide to valuation teams
  • Assist with recording and reporting pertinent information to the broader business at internal meetings on a weekly basis

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant university or professional qualifications such as but not limited to Property and Real Estate, Valuation, or Business-related degrees.
  • A genuine interest in commercial real estate is a must!
  • Analytical mindset, organised approach, flexible personality, and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient computer literacy and skill, including Microsoft Office (specifically, Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to engage with and build relationships with a range of stakeholders within the industry.
