APS 4 - SENIOR LIBRARY OFFICER, ACQUISITION PAYMENTS

  • Use your eye for detail to contribute to financial management and reporting tasks as part of a small team.
    The Library is seeking to fill the role of Senior Library Officer (APS 4) in the Collect and Acquire Section of the Collection Branch on an ongoing basis.
    This role contributes to Library priorities by processing invoices and acquisition payments relating to the acquisition of the Library’s collections, including commissioned oral histories and photographs.
    In this role, you will undertake work that is administrative in nature and be able to work under limited direction.

Tasks will include:

  • Invoice processing in relation to the acquisition of collections according to audit requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with procedures to assist with financial reporting and record-keeping.
  • Experience in acquisition activities and/or financial activities.
  • Qualifications or equivalent experience in Arts, Humanities or Social Sciences or related fields
