QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience within a similar industry
  • Understand the basics of business management – a relevant Business Degree is highly desirable
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills as this role will require interaction with Senior Head Office management and Retailers.
  • Have a keen interest for analysis and interpreting data
  • Strong IT skills in both MS office & other bespoke software applications.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with perseverance to see an activity through to completion
  • Ability to think out of the box for solutions to business requirements
  • Ability to work to deadlines / tight timescales.
  • Ability to deal with all levels of personnel
  • Be able to multi-task & have attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Working within the Acquisition & Retention department you will report to the Senior Manager and be responsible for supporting the team with the analysis and presentation of Insights, Consumer Journey, Product, Go to Market and Retention data to support key decision-making.

Below are the responsibilities in more detail:

  • Analysis of Consumer Insights data from multiple internal and external data sources e.g., One Voice, YouGov and collation into presentation formats for key stakeholders
  • Review of Consumer survey feedback (One Voice) across key journey moments e.g., Shop & Sign-Up to create visibility of pain points and support the delivery of improvements
  • Management of Consumer survey (One Voice) “Hot Alerts” and liaison with relevant teams to follow up
  • Monitoring of social media groups/channels to identify consumer pain points
  • Provide cover for team member responsible for updating product systems and consumer facing website
  • Support with launch planning including logistics/liaison with Suppliers
  • Preparation of MI across A & R functions to support decision-making
  • Preparation & distribution of Retailer communications
  • Preparation & distribution of VCUK/VCC stakeholder communications
  • Responsible for analysing and co-ordinating budget submissions/raising purchase orders
  • Attend field-based meetings where required
  • Develops and maintains good relationships with stakeholders
  • Builds trust across the organisation through building collaborative relationships
  • Continually evaluates the effectiveness of the service and seeks to improv
