We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our team as a Royal Copenhagen concession Manager. Position: Royal Copenhagen Concession Manager
Location: Fiskars Denmark Concession in Magasin, Odense

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated retail professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Drive sales and exceed performance targets by implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing key performance indicators, and implementing action plans.
  • Ensure that every customer receives an exceptional and personalized shopping experience, instilling a passion for Royal Copenhagen’s heritage and craftsmanship in both customers and staff.
  • Maintain a visually captivating store environment, curating inspiring product displays that showcase the beauty and versatility of Royal Copenhagen’s porcelain collections.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers and the local community, leveraging opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive customer loyalty.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Manage inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and ensure smooth store operations in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a luxury or design-focused environment.
  • A genuine passion for design and a deep appreciation for Royal Copenhagen’s heritage, craftsmanship, and collections.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and foster a positive team culture.
  • Solid business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
