Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
The City of Red Deer is currently recruiting for Action Bus Operators to fill three (3) permanent part-time positions. Under the general direction of the Action Bus & Support Services Supervisor, the Action Bus Operator will operate Action Bus Vehicles transporting physically or cognitively disabled or elderly passengers. Carry out driving duties in accordance with highway traffic act regulations and the Action Bus Policies as it relates to driver responsibilities and the passenger assistance.
AS THIS POSITION REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF A CLASS 4 DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH AT LEAST 1-2 YEARS OF COMMERCIAL DRIVING EXPERIENCE, AND GRADE 12 EDUCATION; PLEASE CLEARLY INDICATE IT IN YOUR RESUME.
