Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the SEM pillar for one of our largest e-comm & retail clients, Target! You’ll manage 2 direct reports and work closely with the wider Target team of 6 activators as well as a number of Investors and Planners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of day to day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social and programmatic - leveraging support of the team where needed.
  • Lead and oversee your team’s product including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day to day invoicing and billing
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, agency partners and media partners
  • Creating optimisation plans to improve campaign health and strategy
  • Business development with new and existing clients; including contributing to pitches, proposals, case studies & acting on opportunities as they crop up.
