Activities Associate

at  Ocean House Management

Instrumental in assisting with the activities and recreation for the Weekapaug Inn, with the constant goal of enhancing the guest experience and increase guest satisfaction.

The activity associates, with support from the Naturalist in the daily execution of the resort activities, conduct classes, lead tours and help to make the Inn a unique and highly desirable property. These services include boating, waterfront activities, bicycles, charters, and sightseeing tours on water and land, as example. This person will also assist in the kids program, which will incorporate aspects of both the natural learning and recreation programs.

• Help make sure that the inn’s philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization.
• Insure that the Activity Shed is kept in order and clean.
• Help formulate and administer policies to ensure the integrity of the resort and inn and the properties message.
• Check on the bathhouse team and insure services and standard are met at all time. Organization of the bathhouse, cleanness and amenities are as approved.
• Insure that the agreement between the WI and the Community on the use of the beach is as approved by General Manager. Ea: Placement of chairs and removal in promptly manner.
• Reports any issue to the Naturalist or the General Manager.
