Description:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Estate Activities Coordinator to join our Front of House Team.

Key responsibilities of the Estate Activities Coordinator will include:

  • Arrange for agreed services and products to be available to the guest in a timely and efficient manner
  • To check the daily Time Sheet/Function sheets and other correspondence when commencing your shift to ensure that you are fully familiar with all incoming business/activity bookings / functions / special requests etc.
  • To create Personal Activity Plans for guests, groups and families where requested
  • To greet all guests at all times in a warm and friendly manner, taking the initiative to ensure that the Guest receives that extra element of personal care and a seamless experience

The ideal candidate for the Estate Activities Assistant position should:

  • Possess strong organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively in English
  • Possess a basic knowledge and enthusiasm for recreational activities e.g. fishing, golf, etc
  • Be eligible to work in Ireland
  • Have a full clean driving licence
  • Be positive, punctual, reliable and have a flexible attitude
