  • Calculate the Solvency Capital Requirement and perform an assessment of our Economic Capital. Informing strategic decision making and ensuring that our business is making the most efficient use of its resources.
  • Setting key actuarial assumptions, comparing actual performance against expectations, and building a feedback loop to ensure that our projections are as accurate as possible.
  • Produce a range of management reporting, which will contribute to key planning and strategy discussions, helping our leaders to confidently steer the business.
  • Ensure that our work meets the highest standards with effective controls and governance. Helping protect our data and our customers.
  • Work with other colleagues within the reserving, planning, pricing, underwriting, risk, finance and group teams. Building a culture of trust, collaboration and creativity.
