Responsibilities:

Portfolio steering responsibilities

  • Determine, report on, and monitor Specialty Reinsurance figures to inspire steering decisions across all LoBs
  • Develop analytics tools and visualisation solutions for performance monitoring
  • Lead performance initiatives and act as an interface towards central divisions (Accounting, Controlling, Reserving, Corporate Underwriting

Actuarial responsibilities

  • Work closely with actuaries and underwriters, ensuring consistent underwriting quality and adherence to group-wide guidelines and best practices
  • Collaborate with underwriting colleagues during renewals by pricing reinsurance treaties across the Specialty Reinsurance lines of business
  • Identify training needs on actuarial topics and conduct relevant training course
