Description:
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a detail-focused Account Executive to join our team, based in La Jolla, California. In this role, you will work within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, providing support to senior Account Executives and interacting with clients. You will also play a key role in the process of gaining appropriate approvals before moving forward on projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior Account Executives in managing client accounts and projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are resolved
- Use CRM software to track client communication and project progress
- Participate in campaign planning to ensure effective execution of client projects
- Utilize knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry to provide insights and recommendations
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and appreciation for process
- Uphold diligence in obtaining appropriate approvals before progressing with projects
- Work in a digital agency setting, requiring adaptability and understanding of digital platforms
- Utilize knowledge of biopharmaceuticals in client interactions and project planning.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data
- Proven experience in campaign planning and execution
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Previous experience in a digital agency, demonstrating a strong understanding of the digital landscape
- Knowledge of biopharmaceuticals industry to effectively sell and promote products
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and meet sales targets
- Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals with optimal conditions
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve business goals
- High level of accountability, responsibility and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
