Ad Hoc Receptionist

Location: CBD Area
Working Hours:Mon-Fri (8.30am-6pm)

Job Description

  • Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution of any messages.
  • Receive, inform and guide visitors including co-ordination with client employees.
  • Collect the mails and put in the Incoming.
  • Check on overall cleanliness.
  • Check on defects (lighting, power outlet etc)
  • Bistro machine and supplies.
  • Coffee machine (Ensure it is working properly and fully topped up).
