Ad Hoc Receptionist

Location: CBD Area
Working Hours:Mon-Fri (8.30am-6pm)
Job Description
- Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution of any messages.
- Receive, inform and guide visitors including co-ordination with client employees.
- Collect the mails and put in the Incoming.
- Check on overall cleanliness.
- Check on defects (lighting, power outlet etc)
- Bistro machine and supplies.
- Coffee machine (Ensure it is working properly and fully topped up).
