QUALIFICATIONS:
- A least 1 year of experience developing and packaging media products in a digital advertising role; either within an Agency, or a Publisher.
- Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and the role of video within it.
- Proficiency with Google suite of programs, especially sheets and slides.
- Proven ability to communicate concisely and clearly, both written and orally.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate as part of an integrated team.
- Detail-oriented, organised, conscientious, with the ability to multitask.
- Proven ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment as this role will support multiple RFP responses simultaneously.
- Experience with YouTube advertising preferred.
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager is an asset.
- Diploma in Digital Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field considered an asset.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Marketing Coordinator for the Ad Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and maintaining of sales collateral. The ideal candidate is someone who seamlessly blends creativity with analytical acumen, turning raw data into compelling narratives that highlight the unique value of our creators and their advertising campaigns. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the pitch development and deck building process in response to RFPs, RFIs, and Proactive Pitches across multiple client product/service categories
- Develop and package advertising solutions that include turnkey media, channel/video sponsorships, and branded entertainment activations primarily on YouTube and across additional social platforms for internal and external sales organisations.
- Update and maintain sales collateral that highlight RHEI research, insights and trends, our roster of Creators.
- Utilise key programs and tools such as ComScore, Tubular, CreatorIQ, and Google Ad Manager in the development of Sales Collateral.
- Contribute to the ideation of newsletter articles that showcase insights into how RHEI can help brands capitalise on cultural trends
- Coordinate all department organisational documents including tracking documents, new/archived packages, and sales collateral, etc.
- Create case studies based on past campaigns.
- Create wrap reports at the end of campaigns in a timely manner.
- Maintain ongoing understanding of RHEI’s new offerings by attending department meetings with other business units and building capability decks that showcase new offerings/products.
- Stay up-to-date on the evolution of RHEI Branding and Messaging, translating these changes into all top-level marketing decks and sales packages
- Support the creation of the Media Plan component for client RFP responses ensuring that the media plan aligns with, and meets, Client’s objectives.
- Keep abreast of market research to ensure knowledge of the wider media landscape remains current.
