Description:
JOB SUMMARY
As Ad Tech Operations Specialist you will be responsible for supporting all functions related to Ad Tech at Impel which includes client onboarding, ramp-up, troubleshooting, business reviews & performance analysis. Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also be working cross-functionally across multiple teams to play an instrumental role in all Ad Tech related tasks. You will collaborate effectively with vendors to ensure an efficient flow of communication. You will actively participate in efforts to streamline processes & improve products whenever possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field preferred
- 2+ years professional experience in Digital Advertising Operations
- Highly proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets, Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to process
Responsibilities:
- Support cross-functional teams with resources related to client ad campaign setup/support
- Ensure all operations are carried out in a cost-effective way (in conjunction with Revenue Operations)
- Improve operational management processes and best practices by identifying potential problems and working to find solutions in order to increase efficiency and revenue
- Support relationships with third-party vendors and contractors
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of Ad Tech processes & best practices
- Maintain constant communication with management & vendors
- QA digital advertising campaigns
- Support technical implementation of campaigns & update documentation to reflect any changes in the implementation process
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
- Audit campaigns on a regular basis to ensure proactive troubleshooting of campaign issues
