Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum two (2) years post secondary education in a Human Services field (eg. addictions, social work, psychology) and/or a combination of addictions training and previous working experience in an addiction field
  • Previous experience in Behaviour Management
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate must possess an awareness and understanding of chemical dependency and be familiar with the recovery process including community resources
  • Experience with computer-based data entry is an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours is required
  • Class “G” driver’s licence and adequate insurance
  • Demonstrated regular attendance at work
