ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a student Assistant to provide administrative support and service to managers and team members. You would help support different projects in the administrative area. You would learn and support Ericsson internal administrative processes, systems and tools. The tasks performed can be varied and be ad-hoc. The work would require administrative efficiency, meet business needs and enable the front line organization to focus on the core business. Although you’d have a primary Assistant leader you would work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support units mangers and their teams
  • Support and sharing information & internal communication for the team members
  • Respond well to emails, chats, or discussions and take on helpful tasks that arise from them
  • Support and use Ericsson administrative tools & other general tools
  • Provide your input on and support of administrative routines
  • Support, help run internal and external events, meetings, workshops
  • Some work examples include handling expense claims, managing distribution lists, handling orders, making bookings, receiving and storing deliveries, helping run events, etc.
