Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Backend administrative matters, coordinating client orders to ensure timely processing.
  • Organize and maintain Excel records, along with other administrative duties, as necessary.
  • Handle the preparation and printing of materials needed for events and publishing.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and supplies in good working order and ensure all equipment and vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
  • Work closely with suppliers, clients, and colleagues to ensure effective coordination.
  • Tech savvy due to heavily relies on tech, Excel, Sheets, WhatsApp, Google Drive.
