Description:

  • To support and assist the Admin Manager the overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in the office
  • Assist in collect, updating, analyse and maintaining data on daily basis
  • Complete weekly report, sales report and submit timely
  • Respond to customer’s inquiries
  • Responsible to ensure timely payment for sales payment collection
  • Perform consistent follow up activities with existing and new clients
  • Handle any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time
