Description:
- To support and assist the Admin Manager the overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in the office
- Assist in collect, updating, analyse and maintaining data on daily basis
- Complete weekly report, sales report and submit timely
- Respond to customer’s inquiries
- Responsible to ensure timely payment for sales payment collection
- Perform consistent follow up activities with existing and new clients
- Handle any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time
