Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and engaging with residents, guests, and contractors upon arrival.
- Managing administrative functions associated with building management contracts and contractor coordination.
- Facilitating crucial communications between residents, owners, managing agents, and other involved parties.
- Overseeing electronic registers and security protocols within the premises.
- Arranging bookings for security equipment, shared facilities, and recreational areas.
- Collaborating with contractors to coordinate repair and maintenance tasks.
- Participating in routine inspections and compiling detailed reports as needed.
