Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and engaging with residents, guests, and contractors upon arrival.
  • Managing administrative functions associated with building management contracts and contractor coordination.
  • Facilitating crucial communications between residents, owners, managing agents, and other involved parties.
  • Overseeing electronic registers and security protocols within the premises.
  • Arranging bookings for security equipment, shared facilities, and recreational areas.
  • Collaborating with contractors to coordinate repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Participating in routine inspections and compiling detailed reports as needed.
