Description:
We are on the look out for a professional, confident and friendly Admin Assistant / Receptionist / Front of House to be the face of our client’s business in the City. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the building so must represent all of the qualities outlined.
This role would suit anyone looking for slightly out of the ordinary office hours of 10am - 6pm. You may be a parent wanting to do the school drop off, or a commuter wishing to avoid the rush hour, or even someone who just doesn’t like early starts!
Your credentials:
- Experience of coordinating facilities management duties
- Support the Execs in the building with their daily needs, from booking taxi’s to ordering lunch and everything in between
- You love numbers! Dealing with invoices, inventories you will be very numerical
- Calm, friendly, professional and presentable as the face of the business
- Flexible when required to cover events or late meetings on an ad hoc basis
This role will represent the first person an external visitor will see so must be friendly and engaging. There is also the possibility of ad hoc projects as the office grows, which it is doing!
