Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale
  • Position Title: Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Defu South
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8 am – 4.30 pm. Sat, 8am - 1pmDuration: Permanent
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, faxing, copying and -printing

  • Able to handle orders from email, phone call or whatsapp.

  • Create invoices using Quickbooks as and when orders received and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure proper filing of invoices by dates for respective customer.
  • Record keeping of daily deliveries.
  • Ensure copies are returned back to the office.
  • Ensure deliveries are completed and bills are amended accordingly.
  • Boxing of old invoices according to months once GST period is over and to ensure records match details in system.
  • Proper updating of prices.

Need to have computer skill, Quickbooks & Microsoft excel.
