Description:
Job Duties
- Raise credit facilities for those customers that do not registered warranty on-line.
- Update extended warranty information in CRM system.
- Conduct billing for extended warranty fees.
- Attend to transfer ownership request.
- Update changes in machine details.
- Generate service call report to ensure all non-contracted customers are being billed.
- Billing of all service charges.
- Attend to escalations from Contact Centre.
- Attend to all e-mail enquiries.
- Attend to telephone enquiries on service charge billings and Service and Maintenance Agreement.
- Update warranty information in CRM System.
- Track all eM machines billing
- Escalate all failed-to-bill eM machines to eService team
- Retrieve eM machines service counters for billing
- Perform average billing for failed-to-bill eM machines
- Uploading of invoices to customer portal
Requirements
“O” Levels with good proficiency in spoken and written English
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel Application
Meticulous in numbers
Experience in customer communication
