Description:

Job Duties

  • Raise credit facilities for those customers that do not registered warranty on-line.
  • Update extended warranty information in CRM system.
  • Conduct billing for extended warranty fees.
  • Attend to transfer ownership request.
  • Update changes in machine details.
  • Generate service call report to ensure all non-contracted customers are being billed.
  • Billing of all service charges.
  • Attend to escalations from Contact Centre.
  • Attend to all e-mail enquiries.
  • Attend to telephone enquiries on service charge billings and Service and Maintenance Agreement.
  • Update warranty information in CRM System.
  • Track all eM machines billing
  • Escalate all failed-to-bill eM machines to eService team
  • Retrieve eM machines service counters for billing
  • Perform average billing for failed-to-bill eM machines
  • Uploading of invoices to customer portal

Requirements
“O” Levels with good proficiency in spoken and written English
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel Application
Meticulous in numbers
Experience in customer communication
