We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Executive to support our daily administrative and operational matters. Salary commensurate with experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrative / Biomedical Sciences or its equivalent.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant work experience are desired but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
  • Excellence written, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent plannning, organization and management skills.
  • Able to exercise good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter, multi-tasker and a good team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Manager in the day-to-day running of the office operations.
  • Organise meetings, prepare meeting agenda and take meeting minutes.
  • Support the Board by following up on the administrative actions as requested.
  • Carry out full-spectrum of office administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and organise events such as Annual Scientific Meeting, Annual General Meeting, and any ad-hoc meetings as requested by the Board.
  • Liaise with industry partners to coordinate physician training programs.
  • Collect and manage applications for fellowship programs, travel grants and other programs.
  • Copy-edit and proofread written articles submitted for the newsletter.
  • Project management in medical publication writing and/or clinical research.
  • Membership administration and reporting.
  • Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
