We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Executive to support our daily administrative and operational matters. Salary commensurate with experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrative / Biomedical Sciences or its equivalent.
- Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant work experience are desired but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
- Excellence written, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.
- Excellent plannning, organization and management skills.
- Able to exercise good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, multi-tasker and a good team player.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Manager in the day-to-day running of the office operations.
- Organise meetings, prepare meeting agenda and take meeting minutes.
- Support the Board by following up on the administrative actions as requested.
- Carry out full-spectrum of office administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and organise events such as Annual Scientific Meeting, Annual General Meeting, and any ad-hoc meetings as requested by the Board.
- Liaise with industry partners to coordinate physician training programs.
- Collect and manage applications for fellowship programs, travel grants and other programs.
- Copy-edit and proofread written articles submitted for the newsletter.
- Project management in medical publication writing and/or clinical research.
- Membership administration and reporting.
- Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
