Description:

Responsibilities:
- Carry out receptionist duties answering queries over the counter and telephone;
- Perform data entry work, collate data and prepare reports;
- Keep the office area tidy;
- Manage inventory of school’s equipment and material;
- Provide administration support to the teachers for programs run by the various departments and levels;
- Assist in the preparation and running of school events;
- Assist in the maintenance of records;
- Assist in any other administrative work assigned by the school.
Requirements:
- At least 3 ‘O’ level passes, which includes English and Maths;
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher;
- Able to use computer application to edit pictures;
- Has good customer service and communication skills;
- Able to communicate well in English;
- Proactive in providing excellent customer service;
- Courteous with a cheerful disposition;
- Empathetic and patient in managing difficult people;
- Willing to learn and not afraid to take up new challenges;
- Takes initiative to help other staff, students, parents and any other school partners;
