Description:
Perform office administrative duties including:
- Answering phone calls and respond to client queries/requests via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Printing, filing and scanning of documents.
- Registration of locum nurses, processing forms and submitting payments.
- Drawing up monthly duty rosters for locum nurses.
- Liaising with building managment on office maintenance and infrastructure upkeep.
- Arranging transport pickup and delivery of medical equipment to and fro patient’s address.
- Invoicing clients and following up on payments.
- Medical supplies procurement and stock management.
- Handling staff claims reimbursement and payments to suppliers.
- Preparing files and documents for quarterly financial audits.
- Maintaining office cleanliness and upkeep.
Possessing accountancy qualification / background is an advantage.
Previous similar work experience in clinic/hospital setting is an advantage
