Job Title: Administrative Executive
Location: Singapore
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to oversee car registration processes in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate registration of vehicles, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the car registration process, including documentation preparation, submission, and follow-up with relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with car dealerships, customers, and government agencies to ensure timely and accurate completion of registration procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of car registration regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements in Singapore.
  • Assist in the processing of Certificate of Entitlement (COE) registration and bidding, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage and organize registration documents, records, and databases accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders and departments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external parties to resolve any registration-related issues or queries.
  • Generate reports and maintain records pertaining to car registration activities.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment processes for registration fees.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in car registration operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Familiarity with car registration processes and regulations in Singapore is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
