JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably with a Diploma in Commerce or Business-related discipline
- Proficient with MS Office Tool (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn new system for registration & invoicing
- Comfortable with routine administrative tasks
- A meticulous and ownership taker to follow through the process to completion
- Good in coordination and organizing skills, a team player who work without supervision

Responsibilities:
- Registration of vehicles thru LTALink, update inhouse system including handling of RPA
- Generate daily report on registered vehicles
- Handle queries and process vehicle invoicing
- Vitas submission thru system & input Scheme (eg, Embassy, Diplomat & School Bus) - work closely with stakeholder
- Assist in annual stocktake
- Participate in system testing, training and enhancement
- Support COE bidding
- Support ad-hoc reports and tasks assign by Manager
