Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM, Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years of Sales Secretarial & Admin working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command of Verbal & Written: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be computer literate and knowledge in SAP as added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Assistant Admin Manager in the daily admin function and ensure smooth and efficient operations of the division.
- Process Purchase Order from customers, check with warehouse on stock availability and prepare daily delivery list.
- Follow up closely with warehouse on the arrival of stock.
- Respond to customer enquiries, phone calls, request etc.
- Maintain proper filling system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
