Description:
Responsibilities:
- Carry out various vehicle administrations such as purchase & disposal of vehicle, COE, road tax renewal, season parking, VPC and etc.
- Providing operation support to the Logistics/ General Service Department such as arrange passes for driver, vehicle-related permits & license.
- Ensure that all company’s motor vehicles, building, warehouse and cargoes are properly insured in accordance with the set policies and handle claims for accidents.
- Maintains & handle the database of vehicles.
- Arrange yearly renewal of ISO & OHSAS certifications.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
- Assist in credit checks for new customers and maintain credit files.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- ‘O’ level and above
- Familiar with MS Words and MS Excel
- Good interpersonal and organization skills to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of people both internal and external parties
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
- Willing to work in Tuas
