Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out various vehicle administrations such as purchase & disposal of vehicle, COE, road tax renewal, season parking, VPC and etc.
  • Providing operation support to the Logistics/ General Service Department such as arrange passes for driver, vehicle-related permits & license.
  • Ensure that all company’s motor vehicles, building, warehouse and cargoes are properly insured in accordance with the set policies and handle claims for accidents.
  • Maintains & handle the database of vehicles.
  • Arrange yearly renewal of ISO & OHSAS certifications.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices.
  • Communicate with customers regarding payment status and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist in credit checks for new customers and maintain credit files.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • ‘O’ level and above
  • Familiar with MS Words and MS Excel
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of people both internal and external parties
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
  • Willing to work in Tuas
